Q01 Will it stay on all night?
The adhesive is medical-grade and built for overnight wear. Apply to clean, dry skin and press firmly for 5 to 10 seconds.
Q02 How many strips per pack?
Thirty plain black strips per pack. The 90 and 180 packs are 3 and 6 of the same.
Q03 Can I use both at the same time?
The Complete Kit is designed for exactly that. The nose strip supports nasal airflow while the mouth tape encourages your lips to stay closed comfortably.
Q04 Is it medication-free?
Yes. The product is just adhesive and material. Nothing to ingest, nothing to absorb.
Q05 Who should not use mouth tape?
Mouth tape is not suitable if you cannot breathe clearly through your nose, have suspected or diagnosed sleep apnea, breathing difficulties, severe nasal obstruction, or experience skin irritation. If unsure, speak with your doctor.
Q06 How does it ship?
Tracked Australia Post within Australia. Standard 4 to 8 business days ($8.99), Express 1 to 5 business days ($11.99), or free standard over $70.
Q07 What's your return policy?
Thirty-day satisfaction window on unopened packs. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items covered separately under Australian Consumer Law. Details on the Refund Policy page.
Q08 Why are the strips plain black?
Plain black is the entire point. Nothing is printed on the strip you wear to bed - just a clean black strip.
