Refund policy
30-day satisfaction window
We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Subject to the conditions below, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
Hygiene exclusion
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used packs cannot be returned for change of mind. Unopened, unused packs in their original, intact packaging may be returned within the 30-day window.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
How to request a return
- Email us at aquaculturekingsau@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable service.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds may take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear on your payment method depending on your bank.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns within the 30-day window, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping or arrange a prepaid label.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, those rights.
