Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping rates

Express tracked 1 to 5 business days $11.99 AUD
Free standard tracked 4 to 8 business days Free for orders $70 AUD and over

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. During peak sale periods, allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for dispatch.

Tracking

All orders ship with Australia Post tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery delays

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, due to weather, or in remote areas. We do our best to dispatch quickly but cannot accept liability for carrier delays.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@o2flo.com.au with your order number. We will work with you to investigate, resend, or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address and the parcel is returned to us, we can ship again at your cost. We are not able to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
